We offer two secure payment options:
Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay when your order is delivered.
Direct Bank Transfer/Online Payment:
After placing an order with direct payment, customers must upload a screenshot of their payment confirmation.
A button is provided on the Thank You page to notify us via WhatsApp that the payment has been made and the order has been placed.
Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Breezen & Bloom is not responsible for shipping delays due to courier issues or incomplete delivery details.
5. Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 10-day return policy under the following conditions:
Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, incorrect, or defective.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Customers must notify us within 10 days of receiving the order and provide photos as proof.
Perfumes that have been opened, used, or tested are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
6. Order Confirmation via WhatsApp
After placing your order, you’ll be redirected to a Thank You page with a WhatsApp button.
Click the button to notify our team directly that your order has been placed — especially if using the direct payment option.
