You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order, but only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item was damaged or defective upon arrival


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns for the following:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Perfumes were damaged after delivery

  • Items without original packaging

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

  • You must notify us within 10 days of receiving the order

  • You must provide photo or video proof of the damage or issue

Once your return is approved:

  • You will be offered either a replacement, a store credit, or a full refund (in case of a mistake from our side)

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the return

  • If the item is returned for any other reason, the customer will bear the return shipping cost (if applicable and approved).
